We, at Pavement Stencil Company, manufacture and distribute premium quality stencils for applications in government (F.A.A., D.O.T, etc.) , Parking lots (handicaps, arrows, letters/numbers, word, etc.), McDonalds, custom logos, industry, business, recreation and home. Our business is to provide you with the stencils you need, when you need them. All stencils have a one year unconditional replacement guarantee against tearing or distortion and should last three to five years or longer with normal usage. Our plastic stencils are made from 1/10 inch orthopedic grade plastic produced specifically for us. We also offer Mylar and Aluminum stencils. Our contractors, distributors, and all customers know and appreciate the quality of our stencils for durability, ease of cleaning and clean cut design. Shipping Information
Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours. All orders are shipped by UPS with delivery in 1-6 days, depending on your state. Next day, 2nd day, and three day delivery are also available depending on UPS availability.
We welcome international sales. International shipping charges are calculated after your order is placed and you will be notified of the shipping fees before the order is completed and shipped.
Stencil Description (LDPE, Aluminum, & Mylar)
LDPE: This is our specialty! Our Low Density Polyethylene plastic is 1/10th inch thick orthopedic grade plastic produced specifically for us. Although this stencil material is most often used for parking lot, runway (F.A.A.), taxiway, and pavement markings (D.O.T.) it can also be used for custom logos or whatever your creativity brings you to. They have a one year unconditional replacement guarantee against tearing or distortion and should last three to five years or longer with normal usage and proper care. The sizes for this material start at 2 inches and can get as big as 33 feet.
Aluminum: Our aluminum stencils are .80 thick and made per order. This material is typically used for larger stencils. A few examples are; D.O.T., F.A.A., arrows, letters, & numbers. We quote each stencil separately. Turn around time is about 10 business days. Please give us a call if you would like a quote!
Mylar: These stencils are made from .007 Mylar plastic. They are clear in visibility, long lasting, and easy to clean. The type of paint normally used on these stencils is spray paint or roll on ink. Stencils in this material are typically used for at home and small projects. The sizes available in this material are .25 inch to 6 inches.

The following discounts are available at checkout:
- On orders of multiple items - Total Price $500.00 - $1,000.00 - 5% discount will be deducted*
- On orders of multiple items - Total Price over $1000.00 - 10% discount will be deducted*
*Discounts do not apply to single item orders, McDonald's stencils and some special orders. (This website will allow you to apply discounts to these items, however, if applied we will hold the order until this is resolved)
