All stencils have a one year unconditional replacement guarantee against tearing or distortion and should last three to five years or longer with normal usage. If what you need is not listed, Call or Fax.

Our business is to provide you with the stencils you need, when you need them. All Stencils are 1/10" orthopedic grade plastic (equal to competitors 1/8” “Maxi") but superior in use and durability.

TO ORDER: Call or FAX anytime. The FAX is always on. If you call and get the machine, PLEASE leave your name and number (including area code). We will call you back, usually within an hour. If calling after 4:30 pm Eastern time, we’ll call you the next morning between 7:30 and 8 am Your time.

PAYMENT: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS accepted or shipped COD - SORRY. CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY. Government Agencies  net 30 days (or Credit Card if used).

TAX: Florida customers will be charged state sales tax applicable to Your county. Tax for all others (if any) is your responsibility.

SHIPPING: All orders are FOB Longwood, FL. Except Government Agencies.

Our goal is to ship all orders within two work days after order is received, however occasionally, especially before holidays, the workload and shipping, will back up to three or even four work days. All orders are shipped by UPS, with in-route times of 1 day (Florida) to 6 days (Calif.). Next Day, 2nd Day and Three day delivery also available.

NOTE: ALASKA, HAWAII AND P.R. will only be shipped Next Day or 2nd Day.

DISCOUNT: On orders of $ 500.00 to $ 1,000.00 a 5% discount will be deducted. On orders over $ 1,000.00 a 10% discount will be deducted. Discount is based on Total value of order Before discount. Discount does NOT apply if you order only one item over $500.00.
